At Dzynique, we aim to provide our clients with high-quality products and exclusive interior design service. Below are the details of our policy regarding terms and conditions.

Appointment Booking

We use Microsoft Booking for scheduling appointments. The Client can book a meeting through the system, and our team will confirm the availability.

Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Physical Items

The Client may return items in good physical condition for a full refund within 7 calendar days of delivery. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of products are not eligible for return:

  • Design Services: Our interior design services are non-refundable once we start working on them.
  • On-Site Constructed Products: Items assembled or installed at your location (e.g., custom-built furniture) are considered bespoke and cannot be returned.
  • Custom Orders: Products customized to your specifications are final sale unless they are noticeably defective.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are not qualified for a refund.

Revisions and Remodeling

3.1 3D Visualizations

We offer revisions three times for 3D visualization. We’ll charge an extra 10% for further review. A new design charge may apply if the site location is wholly changed.

3.2 Custom-Made Products

Our skilled artisans produce custom furniture and decor. We seek perfection so that minor adjustments may be necessary. Let us know, and we’ll address any concerns promptly.

Payment

4.1 Payment Methods:

We accept payment through Credit cards, checks, and online transfers. Please note that there may be an additional 2% service charge for payments made via credit/debit card or Bkash. Specific payment information will be shared at the beginning of the project.

4.2 Payment Terms

For minor projects like kitchen remodeling and design services, we require a 50% advance payment, 30% during the project, and the remaining 20% upon completion. For more extensive projects, we can arrange milestone payments. Detailed invoices will clearly specify all charges.

VAT and Tax

5.1 Taxes

Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, such as VAT or sales tax.

Warranty

6.1 Product Warranty

we make our products with high-quality materials. We provide a limited warranty covering defects and quality problems, with the duration depending on the product type. Please note that the Service Warranty only applies if the issue is due to natural causes (e.g. earthquakes, floods). The Client needs to clear the due on time to enjoy a warranty. Before the project handover, the Client should inspect all the products, and if any faults are found within 7 days, we will promptly address them.

Liabilities

7.1 Design Choices

While we provide expert advice, clients ultimately make design decisions. We are not liable for any dissatisfaction arising from personal preferences after finalizing the design.

7.2 Damages

We take precautions during installations, but accidents happen. We are not responsible for damages caused by unexpected events or client modifications.

8.1 Photographs

We love showcasing our completed projects! By engaging our services, you grant us permission to photograph and feature your space on our website and social media.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. We’ll inform the Client of any modifications via WhatsApp, email, and our website.

10.1 Automatic Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our interior design services or signing a project contract with Dzynique, you automatically accept the terms and conditions outlined in this document. It is essential to check these terms thoroughly before proceeding with any project.
